KGVK Rural Enterprises Limited (KGVK Rural) is a social enterprise based in the Indian state of Jharkhand. Our mission is to train and employ youth and women from villages, thus helping create sustainable rural livelihoods while catering to their aspirations.

Jharkhand, which was part of the State of Bihar until 2000, is a largely tribal State known for its reserves of natural wealth like coal, iron, copper, etc. However, the State also ranks amongst the lowest on development indices and over 40% of Jharkhand’s people live below the poverty line.
